Dinner Wednesday 7/31
Forestiere Alighieri at the Masi Winery Estate Valpolicella with Sandro Boscaini.

We began our meal with:
Prosciutto and Grissini,
Parmigiano with pear in Mostarda,
Paccheri pomodoro with burrata and basil,
Vitello Tonnato,
Grilled vegetables,
Insalata Mista,
Assorted cookies and espresso.
